Students First Employee Giving Campaign

The 2016 Employee Giving Campaign is in full swing. This is our opportunity to support our students with a financial contribution to the university. We can give as little as $5 (one fancy coffee drink) and we can direct our gift to the department or program of our choice. Last year 52% of employees gave to USD and the employee Giving Campaign raised over $540,000 for students! If you gave last year, consider matching or increasing that gift. If you did not give last year, consider giving just $5 this year. You may give online by going to If you would prefer to use cash or a check, Marie Minnick (Hahn UC 132), Mariann Sanchez (SLP 401), Greg Zackowski (Sports Center 102G), Margie Clark (Maher 140S), or Candace Torrey (Mission Crossroads) can provide you with an employee giving card and envelope.

Relay for Life Leadership Team

It is that time of year when students are looking for leadership experience opportunities. Please invite students that are looking to develop and expand on their personal leadership, collaboration, public speaking, personal progression in self-awareness, and technical skills. The 2016-2017 Relay for Life Leadership Team will be the first team to be formally advised with learning outcomes at the forefront of their experience. Please have them complete the attached application and return it to Irene Bubnack by Tuesday, April 19.
