Summer Housing Applications

Summer housing applications are now available on the Residential Life website! Students do not have to be working or taking classes (with the exception of August) to be eligible for summer housing which will be offered in Manchester Village Building One, San Antonio de Padua and the University Terrace Apartments.

The daily rate for shared rooms is $32 and for single rooms is $40. Please note that single rooms are limited.

For a student to be eligible to live in a University residence hall during the summer, they must (1) be a USD student in good academic standing; (2) have been enrolled at USD during the just completed spring semester or are enrolled (or intend to be enrolled) at USD for the upcoming fall semester; and (3) be making normal progress toward the completion of a USD degree.

*Exceptions to these policies will be considered but must be requested in writing and approved by the Department of Residential Life prior to the start of the summer session. All nonaffiliated visitors who are not academic year students enrolled at the University of San Diego will be referred to USD's Hospitality Services regarding their summer housing requests.

Applications must be submitted to USD five business days prior to the requested move-in day to avoid a $65 late application fee.
